Please notify us within 7 days of date of purchase if you wish to return your order. We will contact you over the phone to ascertain the issue. If we agree that there is a fault with what you have received, we will issue you with a full refund and provide a return service for you to return item/s.
We will email you a shipping label for you to package goods and affix and when ready, we will arrange for Sendle to collect the goods from you.
You have 30 days in which to return goods.

In the event that your order is returned to our warehouse as RTS, we will contact you via phone or email to try and rectify the issue. If the order was undeliverable in the due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you to us, you will be required to pay for any additional shipping costs and the parcel re-shipped.
In the event that your order arrives damaged we will ask you to provide photos of each damaged item claimed in the order. Please contact us with photos to email@example.com within 2 days of receiving your order. If the items are unfit for use we will either send a replacement item or issue a refund for the damaged item (the option of refund or replacement will be at our discretion). Unfortunately without such photos we will not be able to process any refund or replacement request for any item.
Incorrect or short items
In the event we have accidentally sent you an incorrect item or if there is a missing item(s) you will need to submit a request via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 2 days of receiving your order. For incorrect items, we may, at our discretion, require you to return the items (at our cost) and we will exchange it for the correct item, or we may simply issue you a refund for the incorrect item. In either case we will need you to provide photo evidence of the error.
